Returns

At Bubbly Baby we value our customers and give them full peace of mind with a 30 day return period if their product isn't as described. 

Our policy lasts 30 days after your order has been delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your product(s) were delivered, then we will NOT be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

 

Returns Procedure
  • Step 1: Email Bubbly Baby info@bubblybabyshop.com and send us photos as well as a quick explanation of what is faulty about the product or why it doesn't meet your expectations.
  • Step 2: We will confirm the receival of your returns request, and forward your photos and comments to the appropriate manufacturer.
  • Step 3: Our manufacturer will send us their comments regarding the fault, we then work with you to find the best solution to keep you happy. Each case is different, however one of the following options will be granted for you and you get to decide which outcome you prefer:
  1. Refund (full refunds for major faults, partial for minor)
  2. We send you a new product immediately
  3. We send you a free gift from our store of equivalent value
  4. In most cases you won't need to return the product and get to keep it as a spare or gift!

 

Please note, for full refunds, customers have to pay return shipping if the product doesn't have a clear fault or manufacturing defect proven with photos or videos.

 

We also recommend using a tracked courier, for we cannot be held liable if the product isn't received by our manufacturers.*

 

All of our parcels are tracked, insured and will be delivered by your local nationwide courier company. We will send you an email containing a tracking number once the product has been dispatched from our manufacturer. 

 

Please note that tracking numbers can take 5-7 days to activate, and can take the same amount of time to update. Please remember that your order is on its way and is moving through our logistics process, even if your tracking number is not yet available! 

 

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of the order being placed. 
  • Orders cancelled within 24-48 hours will incur a 10% restocking fee, to make up for the time spent picking and packing your order, getting ready for dispatch.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after 48 hours because our team will have automatically packed and dispatched it for you. If you'd like a refund we must wait for the product to arrive first, and we can begin the process from there. Unfortunately, it is impossible for us to intercept a package which has already been dispatched.

 

Our delivery timeframes are only an estimate - 95% of our orders arrive within and earlier than these timeframes, but occasionally international freight or customs delays happen. With this in mind, we CANNOT guarantee delivery within these timeframes to all countries.
